BEGINNINGs.
What started as a two-person show has evolved into a talented troupe of foodies, renowned for our expertise in creating bespoke menus and an unforgettable gastro experience.
Crisp & Vale Catering is headed up by yours truly, Hannah Crisp.
From the vibrant energy of Queenstown, Crisp & Vale was borne over a decade ago in the fine dining establishment known as ‘The Postmasters house restaurant' in Arrowtown. Postmasters house catered for many key events and weddings throughout the Wakatipu basin, and evolved into ‘Crisp & Vale foodstore and catering solutions’. As head chef and owner, my background prior to coming to New Zealand, was training at the Cordon bleu Tante Marie school of cookery and Rick Steins flagship ‘The seafood restaurant’ alongside Michelin star experience.
With a move north to Christchurch (seeing the opportunity for high-end catering), Crisp & Vale has developed into providing flavoursome, stylish food and beverage with a standard of service second to none. As a food hedonist, I take immense pride in our work using New Zealand’s best food producers mixed with a flare for flavour and an expert eye for imagination and presentation.
