Generally speaking, we offer drink/bar service through our all inclusive beverage packages which are priced per-guest. Our packages provide an open-bar for a set duration and we look after every aspect of running your bar including a duty manager, range of drinks, ice, glassware, garnishes, recycling and more

• To confirm date of booking and the services of Crisp & Vale Catering a 15% non-refundable deposit is required.
  
• *In case of Covid19 disruption the deposit can be transferred up to a year after original Event date*
  
• Increase in guest numbers, dietary requirements or menu amendments must be advised 72hrs prior to event.
  
• Decrease in numbers must be advised 1 week prior.
  
• Cancelation of services (including in case of Covid19 disruption) after full payment received, within 72hrs of the event staff costs only will be refunded.
  
• All breakages are to be paid for in full.
  
• We reserve the right to close bar service if deemed appropriate (if applicable)
  
• Full payment is required  10 days prior to event – unless otherwise agreed.
  
•  Invoice for beverage menu “By consumption” will be payable within 7 days unless otherwise agreed.
  
• All menu creations and images are the intellectual property of Crisp Catering Ltd.
  
• By signing, completing and returning this form to Crisp Catering Ltd you are now in contract with Crisp Catering Ltd for the supplying of food, beverage and or services as per the agreed quote.
