Orders placed by 10AM (weekdays) will be dispatched and delivered between 4PM-6PM same-day.

Orders placed after 10AM will be delivered the next business day between 4PM-6PM

We can accommodate most common dietary requirements. However, you must notify us at least 10 days prior to event. We cannot guarantee an option when dietary requirements are requested at the event.

Please be aware that any dishes noted as GF, DF or nut-free will not knowingly contain these allergens; however, these dishes are prepared where these allergens are present and may contain trace elements.

Yes, for serviced events. We have a team of experienced, professional and friendly staff.

Yes, upon receiving your enquiry you will receive a detailed proposal.

For a more bespoke event- we will meet for a free 30 minute consultation to fully understand your event requirements.

Once you're happy to proceed, we request a 15% deposit. Upon receipt we will present a menu and work together to bring your event to life.

At our Venue 105 we are a fully licensed bar.

Whilst our food is being served we can provide pouring staff, or choose from any of the following drinks packages

• To confirm date of booking and the services of Crisp & Vale Catering a 15% non-refundable deposit is required.
  
• Increase in guest numbers, dietary requirements or menu amendments must be advised at least 3 business days prior to event.
  
• Decrease in numbers must be advised 10 days prior.
  
• Cancelation of services after full payment received, within 72hrs of the event staff costs only will be refunded.
  
• All breakages are to be paid for in full.
  
• We reserve the right to close bar service if deemed appropriate (if applicable)
  
• Full payment is required 10 days prior to event – unless otherwise agreed.
  
•  Invoice for beverage menu “By consumption” will be payable within 7 days unless otherwise agreed.
  
• All menu creations and images are the intellectual property of Crisp Catering Ltd.
• By signing and completing the proposal to Crisp Catering Ltd for the supply of food, beverage and or services as per the agreed quote.

This is not included in the menu packages, however we can provide this service at an extra cost.

We also work with amazing stylists who we can recommend for this service.

All of our event/wedding/dining packages include crockery, cutlery & serveware.
